While it is not required if you’re gunning for the Kappa container, the Escape From Tarkov Anesthesia quest from Prapor can be a stumbling block for many players. Even seasoned Escape From Tarkov players can need a bit of reminding when it comes to marker quests, and the game doesn’t exactly give you too many hints when it comes to directions. So, if you’re stuck on the Escape From Tarkov Anesthesia quest, make sure to keep on reading to get all the locations you need to complete it.

You’ll pick up the Escape From Tarkov Anesthesia quest after completing Shaking up the Teller, so it is fairly early on in the Escape From Tarkov wipe cycle. You’ll have access to at least Prapor LL2 when you start this quest, so you should be able to build a competitive loadout, comprised of some of the Escape From Tarkov best guns to get through some tough areas on Shoreline.

The quest itself requires you to mark a few specific points on the Shoreline map, and you should be familiar with this type of quest after doing one like the Escape From Tarkov BP Depot quest. The objectives are as follows:

As we mentioned, these objectives are incredibly vague, and can leave you wondering exactly where you need to go to complete this quest. However, we have all the locations for you down below, after we go over the rewards.

Thankfully, the rewards are worth the effort put in - even if the AS VAL is a shell of the gun it once was a few wipes ago. The rewards are:

Furthermore, you will obviously need three MS2000 Markers to complete this quest, but they can just be picked up from Prapor if you don’t have any hanging around. They can also be slotted into the new special equipment slot, that means that they aren’t lost upon death. Additionally, you don’t need to do all three in the same raid, but you do need to extract in any raid you place a marker for it to count.

The three Escape From Tarkov Anesthesia marker locations can be found at the following places:

Each marker is surrounded by various medical supplies, and it is very clear when you are able to place down an MS2000 at each location. You will need to protect the marker for a short period of time after you place it too, so don't go running away immediately, and make sure to stay on your guard.

The first Escape From Tarkov Anesthesia marker location is fairly easy to find if you know your way around the Shoreline map, but you can easily find yourself in a lot of danger when placing down the MS2000.

Head up to the Resort just above the middle of the map, and find the ambulance at the front, just ahead of the helicopter. Next to it, there should be a bed, and that is where you are able to place down your marker.

From the first location in the Resort, you’ll want to head west and slightly south to reach the Village. The easiest way to get there is to follow the power lines from the Power Station. Once you reach the Village, the first house you get to should be locked, so just head to the garden behind it and there will be a table with a wheelchair next to it - that is your marker location.

For the final marker, you’ll want to head south-east down to the Pier location. Once you get to the Pier, you’ll want to find the big blue office building, and then in front of that you can find another medical bed which will complete the quest for you.

If you’re lucky, you might have the Pier Boat extract active, but otherwise make sure to safely journey to your extraction, and complete the quest through Prapor.

So, that wraps up our guide on how to complete the Escape From Tarkov Anesthesia quest from Prapor, laying out all the marker locations so you can easily make your way there. If you’re in the mood for some more questing and are slacking a bit with Therapist, why not check out our Escape From Tarkov Disease History quest guide for a hand with that.
